Product listings on this site are an “invitation to treat” and are not a legally binding offer to sell.

Orders may be refused by The Illustrated Candle LTD for technical or logistical reasons such as:

Stock availability

Pricing error

Fraud suspicion and risk

Geographical and legal restrictions

Customer conduct.

Any other legal and non discriminatory reason.

In any situation where an order has to be refused by The Illustrated Candle LTD a full refund will be provided.

Services

The following services are available on our Site:

Modification of a customer’s provided artwork to fit the conical candle container sleeve.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it.

This includes all products listed as being out of stock.

All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible.

However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide.

You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.

You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Exclusions

The Illustrated Candle Limited does not sell the fragrances used in heat diffusers and does not accept any liability for the performance of any fragrance used in the heat diffuser.

There are a very large number of essential oil based fragrances of varying types,  characteristics and strengths available on the market.

It is the responsibility of the user:

To select and use fragrances that do not cause them allergic reactions.

To use fragrances to the extent that they are compatible with their sensitivities and to avoid continuous use when this gives rise to adverse reactions such as headaches.

Not to use substances that are not intended for use in fragrance heat diffusers.

To evaluate a range of fragrances and select those that are compatible with and perform satisfactorarily within the user’s environment.

To use the container candle and the heat diffuser according to the advice and instructions given on the ADDING FRAGRANCE and SAFETY tabs.
